  I work at a local hotel 6 blocks from your Restaurant. A co-worker told me about your delicious pizza after a negative experience trying to order Mazzio's when arriving at work. I called around 3:30 and you did not have a delivery driver and told it would be after 5 before I could get an order delivered. I went through prices and what I wanted etc and said I would call back after 5. I went to place the order online and there was a $3.00 delivery fee and $1.25 service fee....I called the store and was told to place an order online it cost $1.25. So I phoned to place my order at the store and it came out less than a dollar under $10.00 before tax. I am 6 blocks from your store and the Front Desk agent at a Hotel consistently referring people to local Restaurants. If I cannot manage to order your product myself why would I refer you to my guest. Perhaps in the future you should look at the big picture. Had I been at my house a few miles away I would understand not delivering. But you don't want to deliver to the Desk/Guest Services agent at a Hotel where you deliver your menus too? Think about that in the big picture!! I myself managed a Restaurant a Pizza Rest as a matter of fact with excellent reviews. Stillwater overall needs to put some more seasoned people in MGMT positions in the Food Service industry. Perhaps people a little more seasoned. Food for thought. I do want to say the Staff member I spoke with on the phone did an excellent job and did try to upsell to make the $10.00. I am not sure if she was a Manager or empower to fix the problem. However, I am going to give you some old Management advice. L-Listen A-Apologize F-Fix and T-Thank the lady on the phone hit 3 out of four. If she is not a manager I will say she handled it pretty well other than the overall situation did not fix the problem. But she was very professional.

  I had the best experience on game day here. I felt like I was in a NYC bistro. My family had the Stromboli. It was DELISH!!! The staff was so friendly and courteous. We didn't wait long for our food. Great experience! We will for sure be eating there again.

  It was the worse experience the food was nasty and the manager was very very rude when i talked to him. Ill never go there again an will tell all i can not to also.
