- 1 / 5By Cheryl RabetIf possible I would give this Panera a big fat zero. Terrible service and even worse food items. And also a person claiming to be a manager named Bobbie, an idiot. I received a small cup of tepid water which was suposed to be chicken noodle soup, a cold and old coffee that smelled like Dr Pepper. With 2 cookies that were very good. I returned the cold coffee that cost over $ 2 and received a boiling cup of the same old coffee straight from the microwave. Of course the lid was purposely left unsnapped so It spilled on my lap, burning me quite painfully. I want the $ 10 back I wasted at this place. Maybe sending This Panera a Doctor bill as well.October 24, 2016
