  Love SW grilled chix salad Have to pay for xtra SW dressing. If u order 20 piece mcnuggets they only give u 3 sauces for 20 nuggets charge xtra for 3 more, even if u offer to pay they hold on to those sauces like gold which taste better than the nuggets

  just asked for a coffee with 2 sugars and fries. I was handed my coffee with cream in it, and had to wait on fries. no big deal, asked the person who handed me the fries (with grease covering the box), can you please fix this, i didn't want creamer. I waited TWENTY MINUTES in that spot. A different guy comes out asking "why are you waiting?" i told him and he says "oh yeah... they're making that now..." he came out a minute later, handed me the coffee and didn't even apologize, just said nothing and walked off. Take out the double lane drive through, you guys obviously cant handle a rush. Will NEVER go here again!
