  Took my management staff to the Main Street Noodle last week. It was a great experience. Service great. Food great. The ticket was about $140.00 for our lunch. I had never been there before, first time. I found myself telling everyone about my experience. My husband had been out of town for two weeks, we ended up lidless and on a date. I suggested the Main Street Noodle. We show up at 4:45, door was open. As we walked in, we were quickly told that they weren't open yet, opened at 5.The host, said for us to come back. REALLY? I said, are you telling us to eat somewhere else?. His rude and smartass remark, "YES, our chef isn't here and he may be late, so we don't know when we will be open." So, just so everyone knows, Main Street Noodle has so much business that they can treat customers with rude and unfriendly behavior. We will NEVER be back.

  This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The wait staff was slow, unattentive, and unapologetic. We sat for roughly a hour and a half after we ordered. In the mean time the waitstaff paid us little to no mind. I ended up canceling my order in frustration and my date waited another 15 minutes after I cancelled my order, which they still made her pay for. All while other customers who arrived after us began receiving their food. There were no apologies made and the experience was beyond awful. I wouldn't be paid to eat at this place again.
